Star Gate Project
Remote Viewing is the acquisition and description, by mental means, of information blocked from ordinary perception by distance, shielding, or time.
In 1977 the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and Stanford Research Institute (SRI) started the StarGate Project with the intent to physically see events, sites, information from a great distance. The team was about 20 remote viewers based in Fort Meade, Maryland. Numerous projects were conducted. The project was disbanded and declassified in 1995. The administration classified it as a psychic project. The International Remote Viewing Association IRVA has a archive of the StarGate Project available to its members
The Pioneers
Remote Viewer is a person who employs his mental faculties to perceive and obtain information to which he has no other access and of which he has no previous knowledge concerning persons, places, events, or objects separated from him by time, distance, or other intervening obstacles. Ingo Swann and Russell Targ are the two frequently referenced remote viewing researchers in modern day RV literature. They are often associated with psychic research, out of body experience (OBE), ufology, psychokinesis, etc. And there many others professionals which you would encounter on your path into Remote Viewing.

Remote Viewing is being actively promoted by the US based International Remote Viewing Association IRVA. There are various institutions promoting RV studies such as the Rhine Education, Ubiquity University, Farsight Institute, etc

64gmetaverse has its roots in the Chinese ancient I-ching. I-ching deploys 64 hexagrams for divination. Experiments were conducted to use the 64 hexagrams for remote viewing. The outcome has been encouraging.
